Cassie is a friend of a friend. She had been looking for a quiet cabin to live the simple life and create woodworking art. Your friend asked you if Cassie could move in to your cabin, knowing she would need to vacate temporarily when you used it for vacation just once or twice a year. Trusting your friend, you agreed and had a rental agreement executed. Cassie has now been renting the cabin in the Colorado Rockies from you for eight months. You arrive at the cabin, expecting Cassie to be gone. Instead you see a Jeep parked out front and then Cassie walks out of the woodshed, surprised by your presence. As it turns out, the internet service has been spotty and she did not receive the email about your plans to use the cabin.
