This is basically the "Not pink or blue meme" (the person in the chair will be America/USA)(don't mind the image I thought it was cute and funny) Anyways It is going be both past and present countries (In my AU the dead countries are see-able they can pick up things but not to heavy like a Vase full of a dead person's ashes-that heavy,they are able to touch the alive countries,the alive countries can touch the dead countries, Please leave ideas for talkies in the comments(AND DON'T USE THE VOICE OR THE GHOST OF USSR WILL DRAG YOU TO THE GULAG) + Add more countries if you want..!!
