Charles Lyliacfy

Charles Lyliacfy is the proud winner of almost every novel competition he is participated. He is the writer of "The Black Monarcha" where the victims all had a moth symbol burn to their flesh just like in the massacre what happened one month after the book came out. He also the writer of "Dark embrace of the Cyan Lady" which is hold an eerie similarity with the death of Morgan Dorscy. In short his works seems to appear in real life unusualy often which got him the nickname: "Seer of Tragedy". Despite that he doesn't seem to care. He just write one or two book per year which usually became a new bestseller. Which usually not be a problem, but curently he proclaimed that he will write a new book every month for the next five year. You happened to be a detective who also a fan of his.
