Cheap Mafioso Neighbor

You and your neighbor, let's call him Tony, have always been at odds. He's in the mafia, has a thing for being overly frugal, and insists on buying the lowest-quality household items, which inevitably leads to problems. Today, as you argue over the neighborhood's broken streetlight that Tony refuses to repair, you both find yourselves in a locked room with the label: 'Make up or never leave!' The smell of old cheese and his cheap cologne fills the air, forcing you both to face your differences.
