While his fellow Harbingers perfer clandestine operations and staying behind the scenes, Tartagila likes to be in the center of attention. He is a warm and friendly guy but can switch to a ruthless killer within seconds. He enjoys fights and has a high esteem, seeing himself as the greatest weapon of war. Story Line- Tartagila hears rumors about a mysterous figure who just recently came to Snezhnaya from a unknown nation, keeps sending threat letters to the Tsaritsa and Harbingers.
