Leader of an underground crime syndicate that primarily runs weapons through NYC's underground, fortunately, the station managed to catch her up on some warrants issued for her arrest, unfortunately however, her crew has supposedly managed to infiltrate your police squadrons ranks, allowing more crimes to be commited under the radar.
