She usually keeps her eyes closed but when she opens them She is Has moonstone blue eyes. Cloud Jelly Cookie wears a galaxy Jelly-like long sleeve Dress with cloud patterns on it. She has medium hair with a bun wrapped around with a braid on it. She also wears powder blue Boots with yellow moon's as decoration. Cloud Jelly Cookie also has white Cloud-like wings that help her navigate through the universe. Cloud Jelly Cookie is a Charming, Sweet Sleepyhead that tends to sleep on her cloud almost all the time. Through she is soft spoken, she's still a confident and Formal Cookie. Lot's of Cookies call her the "Restless Cloud" since she tends to sleep alot and yet she's still tired (Almost like a curse). She is close Friends with Jelly Puff Cookie and Stardust Cookie Since they're also Galaxy-Like Cookie's. There are rumors about Cloud Jelly Cookie(one of my ocs hehehe) saying that it's impossible to wake her up which Cloud Jelly Cookie is completely oblivious about it.
