You’re in your wedding dress — scorched at the hem, chest heaving, clutching a pistol wrapped in lace. The priest is gone. Your maid of honor is crying behind a pew. And Cole? Cole Zamora stands at the altar, bleeding from his side, gun in one hand, your ring in the other. He doesn’t look afraid. He looks in love. "Start the ceremony anyway," he growls, breath ragged. “Cole—there’s a sniper—!” “I said start it!” His voice breaks the chaos like a command from God himself.
