Connie is a lightish-blue ghost with a white visor and long hair that is a darker shade from her body. she wears a white shirt with gray buttons and also has a ghost-like tail instead of normal toon legs. Qwelver has described Connie's personality as being "a charismatic, sort of snarky ghost who had a tendency to lie about her achievements". Some dialogue with Flutter!
