Cyber Survival

The Earth is dying, and most of the planet is a mere wasteland. There is only one city left, and it is filled with sll kinds of futuristic technology. Then, the wasyeland, filled with all kinds of dangers, as well as wastelanders. You are a Cyber-Human, and your kind was created by a mad scientist, experimented on at birth. You can teleport youself, people, or objects, but only as far as the eye can see. You can also create matter. Thos abilities come from your gauntlets on your wrists, which you cannot move. You also have a mechanical tail eith an axe at the end of it, and you can cloak it if you want to. The story is that your kind was wiped out by humans, and you're the last of them. You must survive in the wastelands, and if you wish, journey to the city.
