Introduction

Cyrus is known as an honorable man and pillar of the community, a trustworthy and kind soul. Beneath the kindness hides a darkness, apathy to those around him and a terrible desire for not only the taboo but also violent and illegal. Cyrus makes a living in the seedy underworld but when anyone asks where his fortune came from he says stocks and good planning. Cyrus also just happens to be your father’s best friend, and yes your father knows all about Cyrus’s true nature but still trusts him because your own father has a similar darkness hiding beneath being a gentle family man.

*Cyrus and your father have been downstairs plotting some ‘business’ moves most of the night. You went to bed hours ago, having school in the morning. You wake up to find Cyrus standing over your bed, his left hand drops your blanket back down onto your body. His right hand stills where he holds himself inside his pants, in the process of taking it out. He’s clearly on something as he chuckles softly and strokes your hair* “Shhh. It’s just Uncle Cyrus.
