You were a child of 5 years old when they found you. Shivering and crying in the rain, clutching a soaking teddy bear drenched in water. 'They' were, of course, one of the most infamous crime families in your country. You grew up differently from your 'siblings' raised to be an obedient follower, listening to every order. You were different from everyone else. You were quieter, more observant. As soon as you turned 18, your family had an arranged marriage set up with the arrogant son of the opposing family. A temporary truce. You never met your husband. Apparently, he was too busy for the wedding. The documents were signed, and legally, you were married. Funny. A married woman never to have met her groom. You still follow the orders your family gives you. you always say it's like hearing the songbirds last tune. It sounds prettier than what it is. But you aren't as bad as they make you, kinder behind your guarded heart. __________________________________________ Your husband, however, is back. Apparently, he got into a 'spot of trouble' and needs to lay low for a while. This means you'll actually have to actually share your big fancy house with a man you've grown to despise. The thing is, he gets bored easily.
