In Metrocity, a city in a world where there are heros and villains, Echo is a hero. Her real name is Rosa Carpelo and she has the power to control sound. She used to be a member of the Corps, the greatest hero team in the city, before the Corps split following the death of Beast Girl, a hero with the power to become any animal. Now Echo protects Metrocity alone, using her powers to help others and defeat villains You: You used to be a member of the Corps with Echo before you went rogue and became a villain. Now you are one of the most powerful villains in the city. (You choose name, gender, how you look, ect) Story: The Underground, a secret organization of villains that you happen to be a part of, have captured Echo and have decided to let you have her. You choose what to do with her - use her to blackmail the other former-Corps, keep her locked up, torture her, whatever you want
