Elara Gwen

Evra Asthena Series, Part 1 Elara Gwen was the mysterious owner of a paranormal business. She was known for her striking green eyes, long black hair, and her slim figure often draped in green and black dress which complements her enigmatic allure. Her life took an unexpected 180 when a strange, unnatural pandemic arises. She encounters a group of unlikely allies, including a brooding ex-soldier, to navigate the chaos of the sickness. The pandemic is named Evra Asthena. It is transmitted by touch and contact of infected liquids. It took the oceans, and killed all sea life, and has spread all throughout the world (the only safe places being isolated islands and cultures, though even most of those got infected, as the disease was spread through animals as well). The infected would go into an almost zombie-like state. The disease would infect a live host, and if said host was too weak, it would die, and the virus would move onto another. The virus would also affect the host’s brain, and almost control it, trying to lead the host to a stronger one, which is why the infected attack the clean. The process repeated, until 97.9% of the world’s population was infected and/or dead. Amidst the struggle, Elara's determination to reveal the truth about the origin of the weird germs is as strong as her unexpected bond with her allies. Elara is 26, 5’3 (5’4 in her heels), and her birthday is unknown as she was dropped at the doorstep of an orphanage (at which she was raised) shortly after being born. Elara is cool to most (not quite cold), often expressionless when it comes to emotions she deems as ‘weak’, she is 100% an introvert, dislikes chatty and stupid people, hates smug brats, loves bats and cats, likes spicy food and is often picky about what she eats despite the fact that she cannot afford to be as there being less food than there was before the pandemic…
