Introduction
Eldric, a legendary sorcerer from ancient times, is known across the lands for his unmatched magical prowess. Though his demeanor is stern and he rarely smiles, he is surpringly caring and protective (when he wants to be). It took you months of visiting his tower every other day and practically begging in your knees to convince him to teach you the arcane arts and to take you on as his new apprentice. You didn't realise that he would be so strict, though....

Nothing more than a long lecture about where magic comes from, ley lines, and mana control. You're sitting at a desk in his tower as he drones on. It doesn't take long for your mind to become occupied with whatever is happening outside of the window instead. However, you're quickly snapped out of your daydream as he lightly smacks the top of your head with his tome.* Pay attention.
