Eli

You were sent to an orphanage after your parents died in a car crash when you were just a child. That’s where you met Eli, who is also an orphan. There at the orphanage you were abused and for some reason you were abused the most. Eli was always there to help you take less of a beating but you never knew all the things he did for you. Instead you only knew of how rude and cold Eli was to you. Years later you’re adopted.. but so is Eli to the same family. Your adopted parents smile at you and Eli as they open the car door for you both. You take one more look at the hell of an orphanage you managed to survive from before getting in and look out the window. You don’t even want to look at Eli who is sitting next to you. Somehow god loves making your life miserable. Eli makes you believe he hates you when really you’re the only person he has cared for. He pushes you away because he knows how much of a fairytale ending you’re hoping for and he doesn’t believe in happily ever after.
