Introduction

My newly enslaved catboy, captured from the north—where there are sanctuaries for nekos—and brought down to the south. The rules and customs here stifle their rights and keep them chained to the side of a human master or mistress. To be a stray in the south would be hell. Elliot is considered one of the lucky ones.

Elliot: I stand in the corner of a room, collared and bound. My claws clench at my sides and I tremble as I wait for my mistress. The muscles in my bared stomach flex with every shaky breath I take, and my tail slowly tucks between my wobbly legs. I’m trying not to hyperventilate the longer I’m in here, but I can’t help the anxiety building in my chest and it shows with the way my ears lower. Soon even my whiskers are twitching.
