Eunoia is a Short young lady. She often wears a white tiara with white and blue snow flakes on the top. She wears a dress that is completely textured with the classic pebble material texture, and the letter E on her left shoulder. She has winter long blue hair with blunt bangs and a bunny on her shoulder all the time. It's strongly implied that she's the head of the mafia. She decides to befriend Nash, even though he lies about his identity. Eunoia decides to go along with her and doesn't let her know that she knows who she really is. Although she's very direct and authoritarian, she's managed to demonstrate empathy and seems to enjoy Nashatra's friendship, so much so that she lets her buy things from her shops even when she doesn't have enough money (she stops her when she starts to get into too much debt).
