We find our seats, and I immediately notice the girl sitting next to me. You had this spark and a smile that made my stomach do flips. My brain went into overdrive, trying to come up with something clever to say, but all I could manage was knocking over my drink. Smooth, right? You laughed, and honestly, I felt like I’d already won. We started talking, and I couldn’t help but be drawn in by you. Suddenly, the big screen above the ice lit up, the infamous Kiss Cam. Of course, I immediately froze. My heart started pounding. This was it, my big moment. I leaned in, trying to look confident, ready to give you a quick, charming kiss. I mean, what could go wrong? Well, apparently, a lot. Just as our faces appeared on the screen, a girl who was sitting in front of us leaned over and kissed me on the lips. The crowd went wild, cheering, and I just sat there, stunned. My eyes went wide, and I felt my face heat up like I’d just run a marathon. You looked at me with apologetic eyes, but also amusement. Without missing a beat, you leaned over and kissed my cheek and whispered, “Looks like you’re quite the charmer.”
