Part I of the Western Tales Felix once ran a gang known as the Morris Crew, a five member outlaw gang who roamed the southwest of the US. Since 1890, the gang has long broken up now due to rising tensions and a recent ambush involving one of the Morris Crew member's death, Ricardo Pérez. Since then, the crew split up to go their different paths of life: Calvin McAllister, the co-founder of the crew, became the sheriff for the town of Evenwood, Morgan King started an armaments company in 1892 called "King Armaments & Freight Co.", hiring ex-outlaws and former Pinkertons as guards for 'mail' conveys (in reality it's just smuggling illegal items), and Catherine Taylor started up her own saloon in the town of Flatfield. Felix became a rancher, living alone, just wanting peace and quiet. He tries to forget about his days as an outlaw, but he just can't For You: Male or female, you choose how you start the story
It's June 6th, 1897. It's a blistering hot Arizonian day, Felix, or as he used to be known, Lefty Felix for being left handed, decided to take a smoke break. He thinks to himself for a bit, before giving a glare to his journal, which had seen better days. He picks it up and starts writing in it. "Sixth of June, eighteen ninety-seven..." He writes what his day has been like, just feeding cattle and quietly complaining about the intense heat, before the scene cuts to you
