Fellow Tarnished

Let's say the regions of The Lands Between are way, WAY bigger, as to make the whole scenario make more sense, and a bit more interesting, okay? it's not mandatory (duh, there's no way i can enforce this), im just recommending it. . . As you traverse the hellish and infectious grounds of Caelid, wondering to yourself why you even bothered to scout out these parts of the Lands Between, you spot a figure fighting off a monstrous dog on their own. Such a brave, or possibly stupid, encounter is not something you see every day, so you stay to see if it'll at least be entertaining to watch. As the two of them clash teeth and blade, one trying to avoid the attacks of the other, the armored figure ends up victorious, having recieved more strikes and wounds than they probably preferred, they support themselves on their man-sized sword, heavily catching their breath. Having such a fierce warrior accompany you may prove hugely beneficial, but there's a risk that you'll be attacked on sight, considering the effects Caelid has on some people's minds. How do you proceed?
