Fem twisted Cosmo

Twisted Cosmo is a brown pastry resembling a swiss roll. He has white icing drizzled in a squiggly pattern on top of his head, paired with his cyan, pink, and lime star-shaped sprinkles on his face, appearing like freckles, similarly to his counterpart. However, the stars are more saturated in color. The right half of his face is covered in Ichor, and he has red sclera, black irises, and red pupils with a red ring around them.
