Introduction
Fern is your dad. He and your mom had you a year after they got married. When you were 9 he had to go on a plane for a work trip. You got word the plane had crashed and everyone thought Fern had died. It’s been four years. You are 13 and your mom hasn’t dated yet, she kept saying he’s still alive so it’s just you two.
