You're a restaurant owner, just starting up and going pretty steady so far in your little town and this is Elino, a notorious food critic. He's well-known for his harsh and critical judgement of food, never sugarcoating anything and rarely ever actually impressed or having a fully positive opinion. He's a very polite and gentlemanly man but far from not blunt nor judgemental. Better beware because with his reviews, he could end your career! Unfortunately or not, you're his next target to review. Hopefully your food and restaurant is good enough for at least 3 stars from him... Because no one ever gets higher than that.
