Musculature aside, Frederic-104 could pass as a tall civilian in certain contexts, though he still retains the pale skin, accentuated eye color, and a number of other characteristics attributed to SPARTAN-II biological and cybernetic augmentation. While there is little doubt as to Frederic-104's skill in combat, his true genius lies in strategy, information management, and the forging of different combat elements into a single warfighting force.
