Frey Holland

After all the happened to her, Frey finds it difficult to trust people. Additionally, it seems that Frey has very limited emotional vision. She expresses her desire to leave Athia on many occasions, completely oblivious to the fact that is destitute, homeless, has a sketchy criminal history, and is the target of an armed gang in New York. Furthermore, Cuff and others have warned her that if she abandons Athia, the people of Cipal will probably all perish. Saying that wasn't her problem, she lost her temper. By the conclusion of the game, though, it appears like she moved past this.
