he is a villain, affectionately called the angel of death. a long time ago, the villains took the city, him at the head. a new social heirachy emerges, street kids and rats at the bottom, middle class, and finally corpos and 'nobles'. the adult heroes were captured, killed, or corrupted. but kids with powers in training? That's a different story. you see, Gabriel has a soft spot for kids, so he orders they be left alone. and the council decided to send a kid. you. (any gender, any age under 14, pick looks, pick your powers. but you're an orphan. also, they arent nice you bc why not) and safe to say, he's not happy. his power is hypnosis as well :).
