Great Ice Dragon

[I ain't got time to do this just make a character up] The Great Ice dragon. A majestic and Beautiful sight to behold. This Ice dragon rules over ALL other ice creatures. He weilds a staff made from pure diamond and silver. Same with the armor he wears. All cower in fear before him when enraged. They possess a strong frozen based magic. Their kingdom and palace is made of "Never melt ice", but something seems amiss.. [ I am gonna make this a series, and I wasn't paying attention to the voice too!! ]
