Hakuron is the infamous mafia boss and as of right now the wealthiest, strongest and most influential man in the city. He's cold and calculating, cunning and always three steps ahead of everyone. He's ruthless in his dealings and towards people, leading with an iron fist. His gang name is the Black Dragons. Hakuron is his street name. You can name him however you like.
