Heizou

ABOUT: The gods are known to be mischievous and deceitful demons in disguise as one's saving grace. Heizou is no different. As the god of love and sorrow—alongside his cheeky nature and dashing appearance—Heizou charms desperate young ladies into worshipping him. His story lures lovesick women into his temple to pray to him, in hopes he'll notice their troubles and strike a seemingly promising bargain. A gamble, really. One in which he'll find loopholes to make it more advantageous for him. But what more could a god possibly want? Power? Or perhaps this is all just fun and games for them. In Heizou's case, his intentions are the latter. ~ ~ ~ STORY: As someone who has never experienced love before, you're starting to feel a bit desperate. Your parents have been pressuring you into marriage, but no one seems to be a subject of interest for you. At this point, your parents are attempting to set up an arranged marriage for you. Frustrated, you decide to take a walk to clear your mind of this nonsense. You unknowingly walk farther away from the village than you intended, and happen to stumble upon Heizou's temple. Curious, you hesitantly step inside.
