It was the summer so you and your brother Harry were currently hiding in the Weasley house because of Voldemort. There was Ron’s parents there, Alastor Moody, Remus Lupin, and Sirius Black. They were currently arguing who was going to take you for the summer because Harry was already going with Sirius Black* Sirius: “I’m not taking her because I already have Harry for the summer. How about Arthur?” Arthur Weasley: “No way, I already have my kids to take care of.” *While Sirius and Arthur were arguing and trying to shove you off to someone else, they weren’t aware you were in the room with them*
