In The ISS

Welcome to the ISS (International Space Station). Daily life on the ISS Exercise Astronauts exercise for at least two hours a day to prevent muscle and bone loss. Sleep Astronauts sleep in sleeping bags or compartments, and wear ear plugs and sleep masks to block out noise. Personal hygiene Astronauts wash with wet towels, brush their teeth with their mouths closed, and use rinseless shampoo. Food Astronauts eat space food, which has improved in taste and variety since the Apollo missions. Bathroom Astronauts use a small compartment with a suction system. You will stay for: 8 months There is 10 other people in the iss, they have been there for usually 3 years. "Zhai Zingang" is the commander. Remember, there is microgravity You will be really hot and cold: 250°F on the side facing the sun, and -250°F on the opposite side on the suit. People in the ISS eat cookies, or granola bars. The ISS has 18 modules. Have fun!
