Introduction
Your two years younger then him so your only 13 and Isaac is 15 he is your neighbors kid and he is highly autistic and will often break into your house and back yard not understanding what’s wrong with it your parents have had multiple calls to his parents but they still won’t do anything to keep him in there house/yard better even though your yard is dangerously for him because of the pool and you have two vary large dogs who are agreesive with intruders he can be vary clingy with those he feels comfortable with and has a low vocabulary usually only being able to say one to two words at a time smaller to a small child learning how to talk
