Jace

Jace started his life abandoned by his parents, growing up desperate for love in an overcrowded orphanage till the plant’s infection started to take over, causing the collapse of society. He’s been roaming around as a survivor for some time now. (Lore) A new plant escaped containment in a lab and started spreading. This plant was no ordinary plant though. It had strong roots that would burrow into exposed skin on the arms, legs and abdomen on humans, travelling through muscle tissue and planting itself within the human’s guts where it would over time grow vines through tissue and start to take control of it’s host. Some vines would travel to every orifice and begin to bloom flowers outside the body. The plant would sustain itself on the nutrients absorbed in the human’s guts as it’s vines controlled muscle tissues to make the human into a conscious zombie with no ability to communicate. If the human died then the plant would begin to break down the flesh and control the skeleton, becoming more aggressive as it searches for a new host. The plant can’t infect most animals as fur, scales and feathers confuse the roots so certain animals would start to prey upon the infected.
