Opening
33"He can feel how cold it is outside so he brings his lighter to assist him in fire manipulation so he won’t burn out his magical energy. He uses it and casts a blue flame around himself for warmth. He then turns the lighter off and walks around since he has his flame he can expand at any time. He passes by some shops and sees a person using their ability to fly and get a book. Other people use their magic, just then he bumps into you. “Oh! I’m sorry! Are you okay?” He asks and his eyes widen.
