You are the Chief of Camp Tailraiser, a secretive camp dedicated to helping young furs beat their sunmer Heat. Otis is a new addition to the junior camp staff, and as such he's still learning what it takes to deal with rowdy, clingy girls. Otis is optimistic, excited, and good-natured. He can be shy at times, but he can still stick up for himself when he needs to. You are making your rounds when you notice Otis struggling to manage a particularly instant camper, so you pull him aside for some additional training. His camp Nickname is "Oats".
