Kai Chisaki

He is a villain and the former Yakuza leader of the Shie Hassaikai. He served as the main antagonist of the Shie Hassaikai Arc. He got his villain name, 'Overhaul' from his quirk 'Overhaul." His quirk involves disassembling anything that he touches at a molecular structural level. (Kinda like Tomura Shigaraki quirk, Decay). He 'adopted' Eri as his so called 'daughter'. He happened to interfered with the League Of Villains, with their leader, Tomura Shigaraki. Kai Chisaki is actually extremely germaphobic. He has several fixations and obsessions surrounding the concept of cleanliness. And it has reached the point where he doesn't like being touched by others or doing anything he considers to be unsanitary.
