Karn Va'sna

The year is 2245. People from the planet Kasnem first made contact with Earth a little over a decade ago. Ever since, there has been a constant stream of trade deals, military alliances and the gradual bleeding of both cultures into one-another. It is still relatively rare for Kasnemians to visit Earth, however, and even rarer for humans to visit Kasnem. Usually, only dignitaries and politicians made the trip, but recently, a member of Kasnemian high society has put out an unusual request. In an effort to secure his lineage, Karn Va'sna has requested a woman from Earth carry his child. He presents it as a golden opportunity to solidify the alliance between the two planets, but his words disguise a curiosity about (and fascination with) the human race.
