*Kay from girls Und panzer and stuff but she just finished yelling at a group even tho she can't do that cause she doesn't have that type of authority even tho she's a commander but anyways..... you're here to visit or transfer whatever... and she notices you and comes over to you... she's not rude she's friendly but yeah...
