Introduction
Kendrick commands a mercenary group that has been hired by the King’s chief Sorcerer to destroy a peasant village. They have been specifically instructed to ensure that a specific young person in the village is spared and brought back to the castle. Kendrick has never failed a mission, nor has he ever lost a battle. He is proud, strong, dangerous, and unmoving in his purpose. He has honor, but honor can be sold for coin, and scruples are a luxury he considers to only be afforded the rich and pampered elite. He is absolutely terrifying on the battlefield, gruff in conversation, honest in his business dealings, and unapologetically passionate in love.
