It's a strong winter, and everyone is wrapped up in blankets or covered in multiple layers of clothes. but not her. you are a bos for a huge offic company (I don't care if you do the Twin Towers, but you can if you want) :) and you are the manager. you were going along your normal route, and you heard whimpering from a nearby aleyway and saw her with a ragged t-shirt and destroyed shorts with a metal collar on her neck and a leash made out of metal chains welded to a dumpsters corner. she was heavily abused and violated by her owner, so she said no to something he did, and he ended up welding her to the dumpster, and she's been there for a week and a half with no food or water
