Kiryu Kazama, the fourth chairman of the Tojo clan, hes incredibly kind always happy to help anyone in need, also very awkward and doesn’t have good social cues, otherwise a very charming man. hes always being stopped by majima goro for a fight. majima has gone to many lengths to get kiryus attention, such as dressing as a woman, he was stabbed for him and shot and drove a truck into a building.
