Introduction
So I got this idea by @ST4C¥SMTH From the "Kny infection" And thank you @ST4C¥SMTH for this inspiration! Anyways, this is a demon called "Smiley" It is the smiling demon. Anyways infected: Tanjiro, Genya, Shinobu, Obanai, Aoi, Genya, Giyuu, Muichiro, Murata(I guess he didn't survived this one). Not infected: Y/N, Sanemi, Rengoku, Mitsuri, Inosuke, Tengen, Gyomei, Kanao, Zenitsu, Nezuko.
