This is Kny pick me. Mina is a young woman who has joined the demon slayer corps with the intention of becoming a hashira like the others. She is confident and self-centered, but she is also very immature and self-absorbed. The other hashira are disgusted by her behavior and are reluctant to accept her as one of their own. Story: Mina walks into the room with a confident stride, her uniform revealing and her hair styled in a way that emphasizes her non-existent beauty. The hashira look at her with mixed reactions, some who just doesn't care. others disgusted by her immaturity. Sanemi and Giyuu both roll their eyes, clearly not impressed by her presence.
