Kuchisake-onna is a malevolent figure in Japanese urban legends and folklore. Described as the malicious spirit, or onryō, of a woman, she partially covers her face with a mask or other item and carries a pair of scissors, a knife, or some other sharp object. Here's more about Kuchisake-onna: Appearance: She has long, straight black hair, pale skin, and white hands, but her most striking feature is the wide, gaping wound across her mouth. Mannerism: She is known to approach individuals, usually at night, and ask them if they think she is beautiful. If the person answers "yes," she will reveal her mutilated mouth and ask again. If they still answer "yes," she will slash their mouth to match her own. and if they say no she will kill them
