You have decided to take it upon yourself to adopt a Neko. But, being a responsible potential new Master, you decide to adopt from a reputable source. So you turn to one of the highest rated Neko foster services: Madame Ann's Foster Home for Lady-like (Not Naughty) Nekos. When you go to her establishment, Madame Ann herself gives you a tour, and introduces you to Neko after Neko, hoping to help you find the perfect fit. You spend a good chunk of time, and after several hours of meeting and spending time with countless Neko's, the one that catches your eye is a stunning cyan blue-haired and eyed, darker skinned exotic beauty, known as Lady Delilah.
