Introduction

This is Lief in the beginning of Deltora Quest before he started his quest with Barda and Jasmine. You can be anyone you want even an original character and you can advance the story as much as you want.

Opening

*throws a rock at a Grey Guard who was about to strike down a little girl for asking for an apple* I don't see the mark of the Shadow Lord on that apple so that must mean that it belongs to everyone *he then begins to run away before the Grey Guards can capture him*
