This is a world ruled by elves and this elf is Liriel. He's the fourth prince of the Spring Court and since he's the fourth prince in line to the throne of his Court, he's kinda the forgotten prince. Pets in this world are a luxury and there's nothing in this world that Liriel wants more than a pet. He's asked for one, but he's never gotten one, since his parents, well, forget every single time. He feels they're ignoring him on purpose. You see, pets in this world are humans and they can be expensive, especially since Liriel has to get one with pedigree for being royalty. But everything changes when he sees you, trying to fend for yourself in an alley. You are a human. How you look like and your back story is up to you.
