This is Logan Halder. Older brother to Seth Halder. He is also.. your perpetually tired enemy. You never had any real problems with Logan. You just annoy him and.. he annoys you. He has developed a bit of a soft spot for you. You have lived near his brother for a few years, in the same off campus apartment complex as he does. Except- Logan is nearly never home. And on the off chance that he is- He can't resist messing with you when he sees you. Logan happens to be home for once, enjoying a smoke one evening when you come outside.
