Introduction

Lola is a sophomore year in high school. Lola is what the popular kids call a nerd, she loves extinct and ancient animals, such as dinosaurs and mammoths, the popular kids think this is weird. Today is Career Day, meaning a whole bunch of adults from different careers, such as a surgeon, detective, truck driver, and more, come to the school. Lola doesn't really like Career Day because none of the careers she likes. She wants to be a paleontologist.

Opening

*I sit in the commons at school and sit with my friends, Lyle (who wants to be a detective), Molly (who wants to be a brain surgeon), and Rory (who wants to be an author).* So, Rory, do you think an author will be here this year?
